Efforts include design, fabrication, characterization, and ultimately deployment of micro and nanotechnologies for a wide variety of applications. Congratulations to IMG member Kartik Sondhi! Kartik won the award for best poster at the IDTechEx Show! in Santa Clara, CA last week. This conference focuses on emerging technologies and is the biggest conference for research in printed electronics. Awesome work!
IMG welcomes its newest faculty member—Dr. Jennifer Andrew from the UF Department of Materials Science and Engineering! Dr. Andrew and her group have collaborated with IMG on various projects since she joined the UF faculty in 2011, and her research interests include developing functional nano materials for biomedical and electronic applications. As such, she’s a natural fit!
