
The mission of the Neural Interface Technology Lab is to design, develop, and deploy neurotechnology to better understand the nervous system, treat diseases, and improve human healthcare. More specifically, our research sets out to build next-generation neural interfacing tools, methods, and experimental validation platforms using animal models.

Graduate
We currently have 1 graduate opening.
Minimum Requirements:
- Applicant should have a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- microfabrication and electrode design.
Undergraduate
Working in the NIT lab on a design project can be an extremely rewarding experience for an undergraduate student (e.g, publication, presentation at conferences, working with experienced researchers…).
We currently have 1 OPS position available to work on a project that involves designing and testing electrodes for spinal cord interface in humans.
