Adam Khalifa is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida, where he is also affiliated with the Department of Biomedical Engineering. A pioneering innovator in neuroengineering, Khalifa has been at the forefront of developing neural interfacing technologies for over a decade. His research interests include low-power Analog/RF/Mixed-mode ASIC design, miniaturization, neural stimulation and recording, wireless powering, advanced electrode design/microfabrication, and implant packaging. He is currently appointed as the Guest Editor for MDPI Sensors and serves on the Topical Advisory Panel for Micromachines.
