Xiaoyang Zhang received the B.S. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Peking University, Beijing, China,in 2011.He is currently working toward the Ph.D.degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL.

His research interests include MEMS, optical MEMS, microactuators,micromirror,micro/nano fabrication, wide-angle optics and computer vision systems.
