He lives in the San Francisco Bay area with his wife and three kids and has been dreaming about visiting UF and Florida again!
Brian Homeijer
Brian Homeijer is a distinguished member of the technical staff at Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) specializing in MEMS inertial sensor technologies. He is currently championing multiple efforts including the development of MEMS sensors for current and future nuclear deterrence (ND) modernization programs. He has also previously served as PI/Co-PI on multiple programs with DARPA, AFRL, DTRA, and MDA working with industry partners. Prior to working at SNL, Brian worked at Hewlett Packard Corporation where he led the design development of MEMS seismometers for oil and gas exploration. He earned his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
