Professors Lou Cattafesta (IMG), Ranga Narayanan, and Jason Butler of the University of Florida have been selected to lead an NSF Partnership for International Research and Education (PIRE) project focusing on the research of multi-phase flows with technological applications. Two US universities (The University of Florida and Florida State University) will work in collaboration with five French and five Japanese institutions to carry out this research.
