Last summer, Dr. David Arnold was selected a winner of the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE). As a PECASE winner, Dr. Arnold was a guest last week in Washington, D.C., where he attended an award ceremony (see picture below) and together with other PECASE winners, met with President Obama.
