IMG Member Receiving Best Paper Award at Hilton Head 2022 Workshop

IMG PhD student, Faysal Hakim, received the Best Paper Award (runner up) at Hilton Head Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems Workshop (Hilton Head 2022).

The award-winning paper is titled “X-Band Ferroelectric-on-Si Fin Bulk Acoustic Resonators with f.Q of 0.8*10¹³.”
